The Loadmaster System is built around flexible, fully compatible components engineered for complementary structural performance. From those 91 components and 12 assembly configurations, more than 5,000 unique assemblies can be developed — meeting virtually any building design requirement, complying with all model building codes, and serving as a substrate for any roof covering type.
The 12 configurations stem from three core structures, each available in four options (standard, nailable, acoustical, or nailable/acoustical):
Basic — Duraflex Mineral Board affixed to steel sections
Insulated — Duraflex Mineral Board with insulation affixed to steel sections
Dual Board — Duraflex Mineral Board applied to both sides of insulation, affixed to steel sections
